TITLE: DESCRIPTION AND USE OF THE CRYOCONTAINER DOCUMENT FILE (BOOK)
INTRODUCTION
Apart from the computer data base cryo.con for the documentation of the positions of specific samples in the cryocontainers a written document file (book) is kept and regularly updated. This document file consists of all printouts of the computer data base cryo.con for specific trays where entries or deletions have been made.
PROCEDURE
- Whenever a new entry or a deletion has been made in the cryocontainer data base cryo.con a printout of the four pages describing all positions in the tray concerned is made.
- The actual date is stamped on every new printout.
- The new printout is placed behind the former printouts for the same tray in the cryocontainer document file (book).
