TITLE: REPLACEMENT POLICY


  1. Customers complaints are forwarded to the responsible scientist and are handled individually, depending on the reason for the complaint.
  2. Should the claim for replacement be justified and reported within 30 days, we check the respective cell line and send a replacement as soon as possible. We can also assist with advice on the telephone in case cells do not grow optimally.
  3. Cultures lost due to insufficient culture conditions, inproper storage or suboptimal cell culture technique will not be replaced.
