TITLE: HYBRIDOMA ANTIBODY PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES


INTRODUCTION

This procedure describes the protocol for sample collection, storage, result writing and reporting of all assays with regard to hybridoma antibody production.

PROCEDURE

  1. 10ml of supernatant is collected and placed in -20°C room on Hybridoma QC tray, or given directly to technician in charge of antibody assays (AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.1).
  2. Species of antibody produced is checked and appropriate assays carried out (AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.2, AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.3, and AHC/1998/3/3.5/2.4)
  3. Assay procedures and results are calculated and recorded.
